Join the Loyalty & Partnership team as an Integration Product Owner.

This pivotal role is essential for amplifying our partnership opportunities, both upstream and downstream.

You will support the Business Partnership teams during lead qualification with strategic partners, articulating the value of our digital solutions and the extent of Accor’s digital power in terms of visibility and customer interaction.

Post-finalization of agreements, you will drive operational synergy, orchestrating the technical and functional integration of partners. This involves expert coordination among various internal functions (Product, Tech, Business, Design, Data, Customer Services, Support…) and proactive management of collaboration with partner teams, ensuring harmonious project execution.

This position is for a professional with a proven ability in strategic communication, complex program management, and arbitration between commercial imperatives and technological feasibilities.

Current flagship Project: Accor Experiences Platform As you step into this role, you will drive the strategic integration of our future unified ALL Accor experiences marketplace: a single, fully API-integrated solution bringing together all type of experiences (Limitless Experiences, Hotel Experiences, Partner content…). You will be the central orchestrator of the delivery of this project.

Your mission:

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP INTEGRATION

• Actively support Business teams in the maturation of partnership opportunities
• Articulate the value proposition of our digital journeys and the scope of our ecosystem in terms of visibility for partner offers
• Product Owner Integration 1
• Decode the operational and technical imperatives of prospects to adapt our proposals and identify opportunities for co-creation of value
• Participate in the advanced qualification of partnerships, assessing technical viability and required capacity
• Contribute to the techno-functional presentation of integration solutions & journeys for partners

INTEGRATION PRODUCT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION

• Lead the complete lifecycle of partner integrations, from project initiation post-agreement to launch and stabilization phase
• Develop detailed integration roadmaps in collaboration with internal teams (Product, Tech, Business, Design, Data, Customer Services, Support…) and partner teams
• Translate partner requirements into clear and actionable functional and technical specifications for contributing teamsMonitor the partnership integration backlog, prioritize initiatives, and ensure project progression in line with defined milestones
• Facilitate project governance instances (steering committees, project committees, synchronization meetings) with all stakeholders, internal and external
• Anticipate and mitigate interdependencies, operational risks, and technical challenges related to integration, proposing resolution strategies and escalating as needed

STAKEHOLDER GOVERNANCE & COMMUNICATION STRATEGY

• Establish and cultivate trusted relationships with partner teams
• Implement a communication strategy with all internal stakeholders to ensure continuous transparency and alignment on the progress of integration projects
• Arbitrate and facilitate the resolution of friction points and complex issues between Accor entities and partners
