Job summary

Photoroom is seeking a Product ML Engineer to join our product experiences teams (SMB, Scaler or Enterprise) and own the ML side of high-impact projects. You’ll ship ML features that impact real users, balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work on end-to-end ML projects, deciding when to fine-tune or replace models and partnering with the ML team to deliver customer value quickly. Hybrid work from our Paris headquarters is offered.

Qualifications

• Shipped ML into production with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience.
• Experience building and shipping ML-powered products using modern frameworks.
• You can fine-tune or integrate models to deliver customer value.

Responsibilities

• Embed within a product team and own ML projects end to end.
• Frame problems, choose approaches, execute plans, and ship features.
• Balance build vs. buy decisions and integrate external models when fastest.
• Move from idea to production with rapid iteration and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with ML and product teams, leveraging shared infrastructure.
• Gather rapid user feedback and drive next iterations based on insights.
• Write production code inside the product codebase and ensure quality in production.
