Job summary

Euronext Securities is seeking a Product Manager to drive strategy, development, and growth for our Settlement & Client Connectivity portfolio across European markets.

The role involves defining product roadmaps, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring value delivery in alignment with Euronext's commercial objectives, collaborating with clients, technology teams, regulatory experts, and business stakeholders across our international CSD network.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, business development, or a related role within banking, financial services, or financial market infrastructure.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
• Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
• Experience with CSD connectivity services and SWIFT would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Settlement & Client Connectivity products.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing development.
• Build business cases and drive profitable growth through product enhancements and new initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, client needs, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative and compliant solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across Euronext Securities markets.
• Support budgeting, pricing, revenue growth, and product performance management.
