Schneider Electric in France is seeking a Senior Product Manager for EcoStruxure Power Commission, accountable for the product vision, roadmap, and delivery across software, hardware interfaces, and field services. You will steer the lifecycle from commissioning to firmware management in close collaboration with engineering teams and country organizations.

Lead the product backlog, define epics and user stories, and work with UX to ensure high-quality software aligned with hardware release

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in B2B software products.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, or digital product environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for EcoStruxure Power Commission.
• Own the product backlog at system level and collaborate with engineering and UX teams.
• Drive adoption with training materials and best practices for commissioning workflows.
• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; work with Agile/SAFe teams.
