Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory for both written and spoken communication.
• Interest in e-commerce, marketplaces and retail.
• Structured mindset to turn broad questions into clear, actionable analyses.
• Curiosity for understanding how products, processes and systems work.
• Previous startup or scale-up experience is a plus, not required.

Responsabilités

• Pre-qualify channels by country and vertical, assessing technical integration effort and business potential.
• Review channel API specs across catalog, offers, orders, and logistics; test & identify risks.
• Turn analyses into data mappings, diagrams, and user stories for the squad.
• Interview sellers, Sales and CS teams, and channel partners to extract actionable insights.
• Help refine specs and user stories; participate in QA and go-live prep.
• Develop AI-powered tools to scale channel work (e.g., AI prompts, agents).
