A leading e-signature and contract management company in Paris is looking for a Product Manager to expand identity verification offerings. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in product management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and be fluent in English and French. This hybrid role requires collaboration across Engineering and Design teams, with responsibilities ranging from leading features from concept to launch to defining product success metrics.

What you’ll do

As a Product Manager on the Docusign Identify team, you will help us expand our identity verification offerings for our customers worldwide. You will be working on solutions that help customers comply with local e‑signature and raise the level of security and trust for their agreement processes. Your role will be to collaborate with Engineering and Design to build great product experiences. Your objectives will be to understand the vision and strategy, build the roadmap and execute on the plans that are developed. Our Product & Program Management teams work on some of the most impactful and challenging problems in the Software industry. We are a highly collaborative cross‑border group that operates on the edge between Engineering and the business and helps to design solutions from concept to launch – all while focusing on and advocating for what’s best for our customers. We work closely with Engineering and Design to create some of the most innovative never‑been‑done‑before products. We partner with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to bring the product to market.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management International.

Responsibilities
  • Lead features from concept to launch based on defined business strategy and OKRs
  • Understand market, competitors and customer needs by working closely with Customers, Consumers, User Research, Data Science, and Marketing to drive the next generation of Identity and eSignature innovations
  • Prioritize the product roadmap for effective release and sprint planning
  • Lead the definition and design of features, iterating with customers, business, product, user experience, program and engineering stakeholders
  • Facilitate requirements definition across teams to translate product requirements into developer‑ready JIRA user stories and acceptance criteria and drive prioritization of the backlog
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Work closely with Customer Support, Product Management, User Experience, Product Development and Marketing on go‑to‑market strategies
Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
  • 2+ years of experience in product management
  • Experience with user experience and interaction design fundamentals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business management, or related degree
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French
Preferred
  • Experience in delivering applications using Agile methodologies
  • Experience in identity verification space and / or compliance products
  • Experience in SaaS product development
  • Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented
  • Critical thinking and creative problem‑solving
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate with technical and non‑technical partners
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Curious about emerging trends and technology and in particular the identity verification market
