Robeauté is building a microrobotic platform for brain therapies. The Product Manager – Drug Delivery will drive development from concept to market, shape the Product team, and own clinical, regulatory, and partnership workflows in a highly technical, clinical setting.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, defining strategy, and delivering a robust product roadmap with strong emphasis on clinical value and market access across US and EU.

Qualifications

• PhD/Engineering degree in biomedical engineering, pharmaceuticals, neuroscience, oncology, or related field from a top-tier institution.
• Product management experience in MedTech/Biotech with design-control involvement.
• Exposure to US regulatory or market dynamics is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Own the product end-to-end from definition to market.
• Coordinate with clinical, regulatory, and partnership teams across neuro-oncology and other neuro domains.
• Define user needs and system requirements, ensuring traceability through development and regulatory filing.
• Lead product architecture, clinical workflow, and UX for a robotic drug-delivery platform.
• Bridge R&D with Regulatory and Market Access, focusing on US and EU.
• Implement AI-supported workflows for decision-making and competitive intelligence.
