Kestra Technologies is seeking a pragmatic Product Manager to lead the data orchestration product. You will drive the full lifecycle from problem to delivery, partnering with engineers to ship real value quickly.

You'll shape data-aware orchestration, deepen integrations with dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks, and collaborate with the Product Lead and CTO to scope features for each 8-week release cycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, startup-minded PM with minimal process.
• Strong background in the data domain and hands-on data pipelines experience with tools like dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, and data warehouses.
• Practical experience with workflow orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or Kestra) and scheduling concepts.
• Excellent communication and clarity in writing—specs, decisions, and public docs.
• Full ownership mentality with rapid iteration based on feedback.
• Experience with open-source development and public GitHub discussions.
• Comfortable working with globally distributed teams across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Own the full product lifecycle—from problem to delivery with engineers.
• Shape Kestra's data-aware orchestration across datasets, lineage, freshness, and quality.
• Deepen integrations with the modern data stack (dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Kafka).
• Make migrations easy with clear paths and docs for Airflow-adopters.
• Collaborate with Product Lead and CTO to scope features for each 8-week release cycle.
• Make informed tradeoffs balancing simplicity, feasibility and sustainability.
• Coordinate progress and ensure features are delivered, QA'd, and documented.
• Iterate the product based on customer feedback and community input.
