Mistral is seeking a Product Manager for the Vibe team to define and execute the strategy for Mistral Vibe Code and Mistral Vibe Work, flagship interfaces for AI-driven productivity. You will shape roadmaps, balance trade-offs, and deliver developer-native experiences that empower millions of users.

Close collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams will ensure practical, scalable solutions that meet real-world needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in productivity or enterprise software.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, or ML-driven products.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with product-led growth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision by shaping and evangelizing a product strategy for Mistral Vibe Code and Mistral Vibe Work.
• Lead market and UX research to uncover unmet needs and trends in AI-driven productivity.
• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Partner with design and research to craft intuitive experiences for developer-native interfaces and enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies.
• Align engineering, design, and business teams around priorities and timelines.
• Maintain a dynamic roadmap delivering quick wins while pursuing long-term strategic initiatives.
