Qualifications

• 5+ years of product experience in the Crypto Lending or Trading space.
• Strong understanding of Risk Management and trade execution in crypto and DeFi.
• Experience working with large institutions in DeFi or Traditional Finance.

• Develop understanding of stakeholder needs and requirements.
• Shape products that manage risk and exposure on the protocol.
