Job Description

Inbolt gives industrial robots sight. Our real-time 3D vision and AI let a robot see what is in front of it and adapt on the fly, on production lines at Stellantis, Toyota and Ford, in more than 50 factories and across millions of robot cycles. What we are building toward is a factory that never stops.

As our Associate Product Manager Intern, you will sit at the crossroads of our customers, our sales team and our engineers. Working alongside our Product Lead, you will make sure that what we build answers real business needs: you will gather what customers and the field are telling us, translate it into clear product priorities and specs, and give Sales and Ops the material they need to sell and deploy Inbolt with confidence. In short, your mission is to turn the work of our 20 engineers into value our customers understand and buy.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and structure customer feedback, feature requests and field issues coming from Sales, Ops and client sites, and turn them into clear, prioritized specs the engineering team can act on.
  • Build a solid understanding of our market: customer use cases, buyer personas in automotive and manufacturing, and how competitors position themselves.
  • Help quantify the business value of new features (time saved, cost avoided, ROI for the customer) to support prioritization and sales arguments.
  • Create sales enablement material with the Sales team: product one-pagers, demo scripts, FAQs and objection handling.
  • Own the product documentation for Inbolt Studio, from the internal knowledge base to release notes and client-facing guides.
  • Organize how each release is shared across the company (release notes, internal demos, training sessions), so that everyone can talk about the product.
  • Take part in product testing before releases and report bugs precisely and reproducibly.
Position details
  • Team: Product
  • Location: Paris, France
  • Start date: January to March 2027, flexible with your school calendar
  • Contract: 6-month full-time internship, end-of-studies internship (stage de fin d’études) or gap year (césure)
  • Work mode: Hybrid in Paris, with at least one customer site visit during the internship
Benefits
  • Prime office location in Paris
  • Team-building events & off-sites
  • Bring-your-dog-to-work policy
  • Meal: lunch expenses covered
  • Gymlib: subscription fully covered
  • Travel: customer site visit(s) in a real factory
Preferred Experience

Inbolt values end-to-end ownership, high rigor, and a hands-on curiosity. We move fast while staying precise, with a proactive, autonomous, results-driven mindset and strong collaboration with engineering teams.

Preferred Experience
  • Final-year student in a business school, engineering school or university Master’s program, or on a gap year, available for 6 months. We do not filter on school or track.
  • A strong business sense: you naturally ask who the customer is, what problem they pay to solve and how we win against alternatives.
  • You write clearly about technical topics for people who are not engineers. This is the skill that matters most here, and we test it during the process.
  • You are curious about machines: why this robot stopped, why that part was missed.
  • You work autonomously, and you say “I don’t know, let me find out” instead of guessing.
  • Fluent in English and French.
Additional plus
  • A first experience in a B2B tech, deep tech or industrial environment (product, sales operations, consulting, QA, technical support, application engineering).
  • Experience talking directly with customers or users, through interviews, support or sales.
  • Comfortable with tools like Notion and Linear, and with basic 3D or CAD concepts.
  • You have already built documentation, a market study, a test plan or a process from scratch.
Recruitment process
  • HR call (30 min) with Inès, Talent Partner
  • Case study and technical interview (1h) with Helena, Product Lead, or Jean, Head of Engineering
  • Team interview (30 min) with engineers from the team you will work with every day
  • Founders interview (30 min) with Rudy, CEO
  • Reference checks (if applicable)
