A leading beauty company in Paris is seeking a freelance expert in business strategy for haircare product innovation. The role involves conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and designing a product innovation roadmap. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in the haircare sector, with expertise in clean and natural products.
Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.

We are looking for a freelance expert in business strategy / haircare product innovation with strong knowledge of the market and the specific requirements of clean and natural cosmetics.
The objective is to identify growth levers and, in collaboration with the teams, define a product portfolio and innovation pipeline aligned with consumer expectations and the brand’s vision.
