The Role: Scope & Execution

This is an execution-heavy role focused on shipping features end-to-end. You will work on live client projects where UX, reliability, and system clarity are critical.

• Build Full-Stack: Design PostgreSQL schemas, develop APIs, and craft Next.js frontends for production
• Ship to Production: Take features from a blank page to a live URL, ensuring they are robust and scalable
• Evolve the Stack: Improve our internal tools and libraries (e.g., refactoring state management or optimizing deployment pipelines)
• Technical Ownership: Suggest architectural improvements and identify technical hurdles before they impact the product

Technical Requirements

We expect a high level of autonomy and a commitment to delivery. You must be proficient in the following:

• Next.js
• Production Deployment (Vercel, Docker, CI/CD) A natural instinct for clean code and structured problem-solving. We expect engineers who proactively identify and fix bottlenecks rather than working around them.

Professional Qualifications

We expect professional-level execution and high technical ownership. You must demonstrate:

• Full-Stack Autonomy: Independent navigation of the entire stack; from PostgreSQL architecture to Next.js deployment
• Proven Execution: Experience building and deploying functional web applications beyond basic tutorials.
• Technical Maturity: Ability to simplify complex requirements and maintain clean, reliable code.
• Evidence of Work: A portfolio or GitHub showing end-to-end features you have built and shipped.
