A leading tech incubator is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to own and evolve the UX/UI for the Raycash app. This role involves mapping user journeys, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, and building a design system that enhances user experience with digital transactions. Ideal candidates will bring experience in mobile and web applications, along with a passion for creating intuitive designs.

You will:

• Own and evolve the end-to-end UX/UI across mobile and web, including wallets, dashboards and compliance flows
• Map user journeys, flows, wireframes and interfaces from concept to delivery
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Compliance to turn complex crypto logic into clear, intuitive design
• Build and maintain the Raycash design system and component library
• Support user research, usability testing, and roadmap planning (under Tom’s guidance)
• Help shape culture and build the design function as we grow
