Job summary

H Company invites a Product Designer to shape the H Platform, enabling users to create and run agentic AI workflows powered by our models. You’ll turn user insights into tangible designs, iterate with testing, and help guide the product roadmap with engineers and PMs.

We value deep user empathy, strong product taste, and the ability to discuss technical trade-offs. A portfolio showcasing recent work and expertise in Figma is essential.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer at tech companies.
• Excellent UX, UI and interaction design skills, and can make complex AI flows intuitive.
• Portfolio that shows your latest work.
• Hands-on experience running user tests and A/B tests.
• Know when a proven solution is enough and when something new is needed.
• Designed complex data or ML/AI-driven products to build trust and control for users.
• Comfortable in technical discussions with engineers and researchers.
• Fluent in Figma and able to work within a design system.

Responsibilities

• Talking to our users constantly to understand needs and make the platform truly useful.
• Turning insights into research and explorations, considering multiple angles.
• Picking the right tool for each task: a Figma design, a prototype, or a small PR.
• Testing what you build with users, measuring impact, and iterating quickly.
• Shaping the roadmap together with engineers and PMs.
