Youtrust is seeking an intermediate Product Designer for Paris to join a squad and shape intuitive interfaces. You will collaborate with a PM, developers and PMMs, conduct user research, run co-design workshops, and translate insights into practical design that aligns with our new identity and product roadmap.

You will contribute to the Design System, advocate accessibility, and explore AI-driven enhancements while maintaining high-quality, end-to-end user experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally on a SaaS product.
• Mastery of Figma: components, auto layout, variables, interactive prototypes.
• You have run user interviews and usability tests yourself, and turn learnings into design decisions.
• You have used a design system and contributed components to it.
• You know the basics of accessibility (WCAG) and want to go further.
• Interest in Design Ops: how a design team organizes files, docs and tools.
• You explain design choices clearly, with user insights and data.
• You are curious about AI and have tried it in your work, knowing when not to trust outputs.
• You seek feedback, own projects and know when to ask for help.
• Attention to edge cases, states, consistency, accessibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery with your PM: frame problems and choose methods.
• Design journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes that fit our brand and constraints.
• Test solutions with users before development.
• Hand designs off to developers and follow through to release.
• Support launches with PMMs and Marketing; track KPIs.
