Groupe SEB, leader mondial des petits appareils et du café, recrute un designer industriel pour rejoindre son équipe de design au siège d'Écully, près de Lyon. Vous accompagnerez le développement, du concept au prototypage et à la mise en œuvre produit.

Vous collaborerez avec un pool créatif et interviendrez sur des projets d'innovation, time-to-market et design to cost, couvrant les phases exploratoires jusqu'aux phases finales.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en design industriel requis.
• 2+ années d'expérience en design industriel.
• Maîtrise 2D (Adobe Creative Suite) et 3D (Rhino, KeyShot).
• Grande attention aux détails et capacité à travailler rapidement.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs projets.
• Bon esprit d'équipe.

Responsabilités

• Développer des produits grand public de concept à production selon les briefs.
• Conceptualiser et visualiser des solutions de design physique.
• Contribuer à toutes les phases créatives : exploration, idéation, conception et suivi final.
• Créer des prototypes pour la recherche et les revues internes.
• Produire les livrables design (fichiers 3D, visuels, présentations, scénarios d'usage, propositions de couleurs).
• Articuler l'intention de design en fabrication avec des spécifications.
• Collaborer avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire pour innover.
• Comprendre les marques Groupe SEB et participer à la définition des futures stratégies produit.

Join our Team

We are looking for a talented Industrial Designer to join our growing Design team in our global headquarters in Ecully close to Lyon. As an Industrial Designer, you will support development activities from concept to prototyping and product implementation. You will collaborate with a “Creative Pool” of Industrial designers, marketing and innovation specialists working for all our brands. You will contribute to all types of projects (Innovation, Time To Market, Design To Cost). Your field of activity extends from the exploratory to the final phases.

What we will achieve together :

Your main responsibilities :

• Develop consumer products from concept to production according to established design briefs ensuring user experience’s quality and visual product consistency with Brand Design Guides
• Conceptualize and visualize physical design solutions
• Contribute and add value to all creative phases of projects : exploration, ideation, concept development, design development & final follow-up.
• Create prototypes for research and internal review
• Produce the design deliverables required for the project to run smoothly : 3D files, visuals, presentations, usage scenarios and color proposals.
• Articulate and specify design intent for manufacturing by creating specifications detailing layout, graphics, etc.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to innovate design solutions
• Understand Groupe SEB’ brands and help define the company’s future product development strategies

Bring your skills :

• Degree required in Industrial Design
• 2+ years of industrial design experience
• Expertise 2D (Adobe Creative Suite) and 3D (Rhinoceros, Keyshot)
• Strong detail orientation with ability to work quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to juggle multiple projects
• Strong team player
