HomeExchange is seeking a Product Designer to shape experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design intuitive, accessible features from discovery to launch, contributing to a delightful home-exchange experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products.
• Strong expertise in UX, visual design and systems thinking with care for quality and craft.
• Experience with design systems and scalable, consistent patterns.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and turn ambiguity into actionable solutions.

Responsabilités

• Stay close to our members and dig into usage data to understand their needs.
• Shape product strategy with PMs, engineers, data scientists and other teams.
• Design end-to-end experiences across the member journey, from search to hosting and travel.
• Evolve and scale Panorama, our design system, across HomeExchange.
• Make AI part of your daily work to explore, synthesize, prototype and create.
• Raise the quality bar through systems thinking and strong craft; grow our design culture.
