Le poste
Design Lead – Beauty Tech Accelerator Services.
Responsabilités
- Lead user research from exploratory to tactical.
- Shape product direction with insights.
- Tell compelling stories that rally cross‑functional teams around user needs and opportunities.
- Facilitate ideation workshops translating insights into innovative solutions.
- Move from low‑ to high‑fidelity prototypes to make concepts tangible.
- Design intuitive flows and interactions.
- Run design critiques, tests with users, iterate and improve to elevate the product and drive user engagement.
- Contribute to the Design system ensuring cohesion and efficiency across services.
- Define and share Design principles.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and new design methodologies to continuously elevate our design capabilities.
- Define success metrics, track experience impact, and ship work that drives business results.
- Guide other designers in your tribe, support team rituals, and grow a culture of design excellence through hands‑on collaboration.
- Articulate design rationale through user data and competitive benchmarks to influence product direction.
Qualifications
- Strong education in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction or related field.
- Strong experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, user impact and competitive design excellence.
- Proficient with design tools such as Figma.
- Curious and biased toward action; experiment with new technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design strategy and user insights in English to technical, non‑technical and executive stakeholders, using data to support design decisions.
- Previous experience in design leadership or mentoring roles, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments, managing multiple strategic initiatives while maintaining focus on user experience quality and competitive advantage.
- Worked in agile environments and excel at cross‑functional collaboration, bringing user insights and design thinking to product strategy discussions.
