Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Data Analyst to improve our business intelligence and operational workflows. You’ll ensure that reporting is always accurate and delivered in a timely fashion, and identify opportunities to automate and scale how data is produced and used across the company. This hands‑on role blends technical analysis with collaboration – helping teams make data‑driven decisions and keeping Syroco’s impact visible.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll build dashboards and automated reports, translate business needs into clear metrics, and improve data pipelines and reporting efficiency. Your insights will guide key decisions and help teams make the most of Syroco’s data to prove its value.

Qualifications and Experience

You have 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with strong skills in designing, building, and delivering data solutions and dashboards for internal teams and clients. You combine analytical rigour with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, enabling you to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
