Currently, we are looking for highly enthusiastic a Product Assurance and RAMS Support Engineer who will work in Toulouse, France.

Freelance contract only

Candidate must be eligible for EU security clearance

What is expected from you:
  • Support to Anomaly and Non-Compliance Management
  • Provide secretariat support to EUSPA’s Anomaly Review Boards (ARBs) and Service Requirements Non-Compliance Management Boards.
  • Escalate operational anomalies and non-compliances that may impact EUSPA’s strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and control closure plans and recovery actions, ensuring proper flow-down to relevant projects.
  • Conduct trend analysis of anomalies and non-compliances across system segments.
  • Ensure timely resolution of AR/NCR actions in accordance with contractual KPIs.
  • General Support to RAMS Management.
  • Contribute to the definition, implementation, and follow-up of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) programs, including integration with Integrated Logistics
  • Support (ILS) data and RAMS baseline maintenance.
  • Act as expert reviewer during milestone reviews, assessing RAMS analyses such as FMECA, FTA, and Common Mode/ Cause Analysis.
  • Support spare stock dimensioning through as-operated data analysis, including dependability, obsolescence, and maintainability reporting.
  • Assist in software product assurance activities, particularly in support of safety and certification processes.
  • Support the tailoring and implementation of Product Assurance and Safety baselines based on applicable standards and requirements.
  • Provide RAMS input to risk assessments and maintain the EUSPA Critical Item List under configuration control.
  • Follow up on certification audit findings to ensure timely and complete closure.
