ThrustMe is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Lead to establish and lead the function, ensuring availability of materials and services for growth and production.

You will manage supplier relationships, procurement activities and material planning while driving continuous improvement of supply chain processes. You will work with Innovation, Engineering, Production, Quality and Finance to secure operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supply chain or industrial sourcing.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience purchasing electronic components/materials, technical equipment or industrial components.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of production constraints and supply chain challenges.
• Experience in space, aerospace, automotive, electronics or another demanding industrial sector would be a strong plus.
• Comfortable working with ERP/MRP systems and traceability requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage sourcing activities, supplier selection, negotiations and procurement activities for production and engineering needs.
• Purchase and secure critical items such as electronic boards, harnesses, mechanical parts, equipment and tooling.
• Build and develop supplier partnerships and manage performance, risks and capacity constraints.
• Ensure material availability by managing purchase orders, delivery schedules and priorities.
• Anticipate shortages and bottlenecks, proposing mitigation plans to protect production.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Engineering, Production and Quality to support planning and resolve issues.
• Improve procurement processes, ERP data integrity and monitor KPIs.
• Contribute to make-or-buy decisions and supplier qualification while maintaining quality.

Today we are leading the industrial space era, delivering systems at scale to clients worldwide. We are now looking for a Procurement and Supply Chain Lead to establish and lead this function at ThrustMe. As Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure the availability of materials, components and services required to support ThrustMe's growth and production objectives. You will manage supplier relationships, procurement activities and material planning while contributing to the continuous improvement of our supply chain processes.

Working closely with Innovation, Engineering, Production, Quality and Finance teams, you will play a key role in securing our industrial operations and supporting our scale-up ambitions.

Your responsibilities

• Manage sourcing activities, supplier selection, negotiations and procurement activities for production and engineering needs.
• Purchase and secure critical industrial items such as electronic boards, harnesses, mechanical parts, equipment, tooling and outsourced manufacturing services.
• Build and develop strong supplier partnerships and proactively manage supplier performance, risks and capacity constraints.
• Ensure material availability by managing purchase orders, delivery schedules and supply priorities.
• Anticipate shortages, long-lead items and supplier bottlenecks, and propose mitigation plans to protect production.
• Work closely with Innovation, Engineering, Production and Quality teams to support planning and resolve supply issues.
• Improve procurement and supply chain processes, maintain ERP data integrity and monitor key performance indicators.
• Contribute to make-or-buy decisions, supplier qualification and cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery performance.

Your profile

• Strong experience in procurement, supply chain or industrial sourcing
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proven experience purchasing electronic components/materials, technical equipment or industrial components.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of production constraints and supply chain challenges
• Good understanding of components procurement constraints: lead times, obsolescence, quality requirements, supplier qualification and traceability.
• Experience in space, aerospace, automotive, electronics or another demanding industrial sector would be a strong plus.
• Comfortable working with ERP/MRP systems
• Organized, proactive and solution-oriented
• Fluent in both French and English
