The Group Procurement Excellence Manager drives the continuous improvement and digital transformation of Procurement, owning the master data and the future digital ecosystem across the Group.
The role designs, standardizes and continuously improves Source-to-Pay processes while leading digital procurement, automation, AI and procurement systems. This position is the architect of how Procurement will operate tomorrow.

- Drive process standardization and Lean Procurement.
- Own Procurement systems roadmap, ERP integration and digital tools.
- Lead AI, automation and workflow initiatives.
- Own procurement master data architecture, spend cube architecture and reporting infrastructure.
- Develop process documentation, user standards and super-user governance.
- Partner with IT and regions to deploy global procurement solutions.
Systems Support to Supplier Processes

Profile Education
- Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, IT.
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in Procurement Excellence, Digital Procurement, Business Process Management, or IT-enabled transformation.
- Experience with SAP/Ariba/Coupa or similar platforms and process optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs within an international organization.
- Experience with data governance, organizational transformation and change management.
