Black Diamond Networks is seeking a Process Engineer specialized in Lyophilization and Isolator systems for an on-site assignment near Strasbourg, France. The consultant will coordinate two work packages of a pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion, troubleshoot in real time, and ensure correct interfacing between lyophilizers, isolators, and critical utilities.

Extensive hands-on experience with lyophilization and isolators is required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of experience in lyophilization and isolators.
• On-site coordination and technical troubleshooting for pharmaceutical equipment.
• Oversight and guidance of suppliers/vendors for specialized equipment.

Description

The client is looking for a process engineering consultant with lyophilization and isolator expertise to support two (2) work packages of an ongoing pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion project. The role requires on-site coordination, technical troubleshooting, ensuring connections between critical utilities and isolators and lyophilizers are set up correctly, oversight and technical guidance of suppliers/vendors and answering technical questions related to the equipment. This is the first-time the facility has a configuration of a lyophilizer connected directly to an isolator and there is no in-house expertise exists for this setup. The consultant should have approximately ~10 years of experience in lyophilization (Lyophilizers) and isolators.
