We are seeking a Mid - Senior Associate Lawyer within Mid to Large Cap M&A and Private Equity.

You will have experience in mergers & acquisitions and more specifically on private equity transactions; including LBO and stock exchange . You will buy & Sell investments, structuring and negotiating deals, advising on fund formation, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing portfolio companies, and facilitating exit strategies.
