Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Client Service Specialist for the International Private Bank Client Service team in Paris. The role supports bankers and client bases with daily service, including cash movements, FX, and corporate actions, while ensuring accurate and timely client interactions.

You will work with a collaborative team to maintain high-quality service, handle account maintenance tasks, and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent financial qualifications.
• Native French and English language skills.
• Strong relationship management, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
• Solid understanding of banking and financial products and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily execution of client transactions and inquiries within deadlines and policy.
• Monitor client cash balances and liaise with clients to cover positions when needed.
• Provide information and record elections for Corporate Actions on client accounts.
• Research and resolve client inquiries through collaboration with bankers and operations.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and escalate to bankers and product partners as needed.
• Verify and maintain data quality related to client hierarchy and account alignment.
