You will partner with executives to translate strategic ambition into actionable roadmaps, governance, and value realization measures.

As an experienced leader, you will bridge strategy and delivery, applying practical technology and AI fluency while avoiding hands-on engineering responsibilities.

Job summary

The Principal Transformation (TX) Consultant is a senior advisory leader responsible for helping clients define, structure, mobilize, and realize complex business and technology transformations. The role partners with senior business and technology leaders to translate strategic ambition into an executable transformation agenda—including target outcomes, investment priorities, transformation roadmaps, operating models, governance, organizational readiness, and value realization measures.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, portfolio, program, and project management (3PM), organizational change management (OCM), operating-model design, technology-enabled transformation, and value realization, the Principal Consultant brings practical technology and AI fluency to support informed decisions without serving as a technical architect or engineering specialist.
