We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Special Applications Business which is part Wärtsilä Energy Business Services.

The position is permanent job. The preferred location for the position is in Surgères, other locations in France, especially in Paris are possible locations.

In this position, your work will be part of the Sales team of the Special Applications Business which customers are Nuclear Operators for the maintenance of Emergency Diesel Generators (EDG). You will not be working alone, even though the work requires a high level of independency, as you will have the support from the Sales Team, Parts coordination team and Sales Support Team to perform your activity. You will also receive the support of the Technical Department, the Supply Chain department and from the Operations Department.

For us to be the best match, we expect you to have a good understanding of Nuclear Business criticality and complexity and experience from working with large utilities. As an ideal candidate, you have experience in Engineering, Purchasing or Sales.

Special Applications is a global business from Asia to America, which customers intend to operate their power plant at least till 2040, and they need to receive from us offers which are consistent and stable in accordance with the practice of the market.

PricingManager

With Special Applications business, your role will be to conduct Classic Engine Equipment spare parts pricing. This role is to support smooth and fast sales process for spare parts business contributing to the Life Cycle of the Emergency Diesel Engines.

What will you be doing

As PricingManager your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Seek for business improvement opportunities and conduct fact-based analysis to be able to provide competitive pricing solutions for spare parts.
• Execute global pricing process, methods, way of working and usage of the pricing tools.
• Establish pricing models for spare parts and specific services
• Execute pricing tasks according to strategic targets.
• Ensure availability of Spare Part Prices in SAP for the sales community
• Maintain and optimize price levels based on market analysis and fluctuations.
• Act as a pricing expert in pricing related issues.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support pricing decisions.
• Support pricing of services products and solutions when needed
• Gather market information for Wärtsilä spare parts related to Business Line

Nous recherchons un Pricing manager pour rejoindre notre activité Applications Spéciales qui fait partie des Services aux Entreprises de Wärtsilä Energy. Le lieu de travail préféré pour ce poste est à Surgères, d'autres lieux en France, notamment à Paris, sont également possibles.

Dans ce poste, vous serez rattaché à l'équipe Sales de l'activité Applications Spéciales dont les clients sont des opérateurs nucléaires pour la maintenance des générateurs diesel d'urgence (EDG). Vous ne travaillerez pas seul, même si le travail nécessite un haut niveau d'indépendance, car vous bénéficierez du soutien de l'équipe de vente, de l'équipe de coordination des pièces et de l'équipe de support aux ventes pour réaliser votre activité. Vous recevrez également le soutien du département technique, du département de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et du département des opérations.

Nous attendons de vous une bonne compréhension de la criticité et de la complexité du secteur nucléaire et une expérience de travail avec de grandes entreprises de services publics. En tant que candidat idéal, vous avez de l'expérience en ingénierie, en achats ou en ventes.

Les Applications Spéciales sont une activité mondiale allant de l'Asie à l'Amérique, dont les clients prévoient d'exploiter leur centrale électrique au moins jusqu'en 2040, et ils ont besoin de recevoir de notre part des offres qui soient cohérentes et stables conformément aux pratiques du marché.

Avec l'activité Applications Spéciales, votre rôle sera de réaliser la tarification des pièces de rechange pour les équipements de moteurs classiques. Ce rôle vise à soutenir un processus de vente fluide et rapide pour l'activité des pièces de rechange, contribuant au cycle de vie des moteurs diesel d'urgence.

Vos missions principales :

• Rechercher des opportunités d'amélioration des affaires et réaliser des analyses basées sur des faits pour pouvoir fournir des solutions de tarification compétitives pour les pièces de rechange.
• Exécuter le processus de tarification global, les méthodes, les façons de travailler et l'utilisation des outils de tarification.
• Établir des modèles de tarification pour les pièces de rechange et les services spécifiques.
• Exécuter des tâches de tarification selon les objectifs stratégiques.
• Assurer la disponibilité des prix des pièces de rechange dans SAP pour la communauté des ventes.
• Maintenir et optimiser les niveaux de prix en fonction des analyses de marché et des fluctuations.
• Agir en tant qu'expert en tarification sur les questions liées à la tarification.
• Réaliser des analyses ad hoc pour soutenir les décisions de tarification.
• Soutenir la tarification des produits et solutions de services si nécessaire.
• Rassembler des informations de marché pour les pièces de rechange Wärtsilä liées à la ligne d'activité.
