Electra in Paris is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the HQ Pricing & Roaming team. You will build algorithms that set Electra's prices across our network, measure policy impact, and turn data into decisions. You will ensure price integrity and support stakeholders with clear analyses for cross-country markets.

The role blends advanced analytics, pricing design, and business impact, with a hybrid Paris work setup and opportunities to influence Europe’s energy transition.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pricing, revenue management, economics or data analysis experience.
• Strong quantitative background in economics, statistics, engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Design and build price-setting algorithms country by country.
• Measure impact of pricing policies using sound methods and provide analyses for decisions.
• Be guarantor of prices displayed and charged in all countries; detect anomalies.

Your Mission

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our HQ Pricing & Roaming team in Paris, reporting to Clémentine Rosier.

You will build and run the algorithms that set Electra's prices across the countries of our network, including the most complex markets. You will measure the impact of every pricing policy, turn data into clear analyses for decision makers, and be the guarantor of the prices our drivers see every day.

Your Responsibilities

1. Pricing algorithms & flows

   • Design and build robust price-setting algorithms, country by country, including markets with complex pricing rules

   • Build a reliable end-to-end pricing flow, from data inputs to the prices published to drivers

   • Make sure all pricing tools and algorithms run smoothly, and monitor them over time

2. Impact measurement & decision support

   • Measure the impact of new pricing policies on volumes, revenue and margin, using sound statistical methods

   • Build analyses and recommendations that help stakeholders (country teams, management) make the right pricing decisions

3. Price integrity

   • Be the guarantor of the prices we display and charge to our users, in every country

   • Detect and fix anomalies quickly, and set up the controls that prevent them

Your Profile

• 3/5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, economics or data analysis, ideally in mobility, energy, transport or retail

• Strong quantitative background (economics, statistics, engineering or equivalent), consulting or strategy experience is a plus

• Solid statistics and modelling skills: you know how to measure the causal impact of a price change

• Good SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills; experience building or maintaining pricing algorithms is a strong plus

• Knowledge of the electric mobility ecosystem (CPO, eMSP, roaming) is a plus

• Rigorous and business-minded, able to turn complex analyses into simple recommendations

• Fluent in French and English
