Amazon is seeking an experienced Press Office Lead to drive communications and media relations for our business in France. In this senior position, you will play a pivotal role within our Communications team, leading the day-to-day operations of the media relations office and issues management, and spearheading proactive communication campaigns. The role requires a strategic communicator who can manage complex media relationships, shape narrative, and navigate challenging communications landscapes. You will be responsible for maintaining a robust pipeline of engaging stories about Amazon's work in France across multiple channels, while providing strategic counsel to senior leadership and leading internal escalations. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across various countries, cultures, and business units to advance Amazon's communication objectives. This role demands strategic thinking and clear communication abilities. You will develop creative approaches to communications challenges, formulate clear viewpoints on complex issues, and create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. As a natural relationship builder, you will serve as an influential voice within the organization, working closely with senior executives and stakeholders across the business.
