A leading electric vehicle manufacturer is seeking a Mobile Service Engineer in Courbevoie to provide on-site repairs and technical support. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in automotive service and expertise in high-voltage systems. You will ensure premium service standards and operate independently, requiring a valid driver's license and the ability to travel. Fluency in English is essential, with other local languages preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical experience in automotive service, preferably with electric vehicle brands.
• Strong hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage EV systems.
• Experience as a Mobile Service Technician or Diagnostic Technician is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional on-site vehicle repair and technical support for customers.
• Offer remote troubleshooting and technical guidance to resolve vehicle issues.
• Coordinate with Quality and R&D teams to elevate issues and secure solutions.
• Use diagnostics and big data tools for issue predictions and real-time tracking.
• Collect and analyze quality feedback, driving corrective actions.
• Represent DENZA as a technical expert, ensuring premium service standards.
