JOB DETAILS

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in our PRADA Outlet Store in Roermond. As Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d), you will not only be our most important Brand Ambassador but also ensure that all processes in the store are adhered to and run smoothly. To guarantee an extraordinary Client experience, being present on the sales floor, leading and supporting all activities to achieve store targets. To manage and coach the store team and to ensure succession plans and internal growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supporting the Store Manager leading a team of about 30 team members.
  • Responsibility and ensuring consistent excellent customer service and quality standards.
  • Achievement of sales targets and developing measures to increase revenue.
  • Reporting all relevant information to Head Office.
  • Execution of administrative and accounting duties, and support in planning, organization, and reporting.
  • Ensure that the Store image and product care are in line with corporate standards and secure that the team is responsible and committed to maintain these standards.
  • Optimization of merchandise and inventory management in cooperation with store and stock management.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Relevant professional experience required, experience in the luxury sector desirable
  • Completed commercial training in retail, ideally degree
  • Extensive experience in a similar position with people management responsibility
  • Safe, professional appearance, strong communication skills and ability to convince
  • High degree of flexibility, teamwork, commitment and responsibility
  • Fluent spoken Dutch and English expected.
