Qualifications

• Background in communications, PR or business, with a keen interest in fashion.
• Previous experience in public relations is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day sample requests (booking, packing, shipments within France and abroad, proformas, tracking, returns)
• Sending credits and assisting with pitches for shopping/trend pages
• Helping maintain the showroom and cataloguing the collections
• Liaising with stylists and journalists
• Assisting with press coverage monitoring and compiling monthly and event reports
• Coordinating gifting shipments to journalists and monitoring the resulting coverage
• Updating the database
• Assisting with event organisation: fashion shows, fittings, store openings, press days, etc.

Job Description

Reporting to the Press team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing day-to-day sample requests (booking, packing, shipments within France and abroad, proformas, tracking, returns)
• Sending credits and assisting with pitches for shopping/trend pages
• Helping maintain the showroom and cataloguing the collections
• Liaising with stylists and journalists
• Assisting with press coverage monitoring and compiling monthly and event reports

• Updating the database
• Assisting with event organisation: fashion shows, fittings, store openings, press days, etc.

Profile

• With a background in communications, PR or business, you have a keen interest in fashion
• Previous experience in public relations is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and confident on the phone and in writing. You are versatile, organised and able to prioritise
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French

6-month internship (with a signed internship agreement / French "convention de stage" required) ), starting immediately.
