We are looking for a PR & Influencer Relations Coordinator to join the communications team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about fashion, media relations, and influencer engagement to gain hands‑on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming press inquiries, including maintaining the sample database, coordinating shipments and returns, and ensuring all samples are in excellent condition.
  • Organize and maintain the showroom, ensuring it is always presentable.
  • Support the planning and execution of fashion shows, press days, and other media events.
  • Handle media requests: dispatch lookbooks, images, press kits, and other materials to journalists and stylists.
  • Schedule and attend appointments with stylists and journalists.
  • Develop press materials and communication tools, including drafting and translating press releases, look descriptions, press credits, etc.
  • Draft captions and assist with scheduling content for Instagram, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and posting calendar.
  • Conduct market monitoring and reporting: track fashion news, couture editorials, competitor activity, and media news.
  • Develop and implement influencer strategies in line with the brand’s image and positioning.
Profile:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as within an international team.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solution‑oriented with a keen eye for detail.
  • A strong interest in the fashion industry, including media, stylists, VIPs, and influencers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Launchmetrics is a plus.
  • Fluency in bothFrench and English is essential.
