Pepco is building a Tech Hub and seeks a Data Visualization Engineer to implement a robust Power BI ecosystem, create semantic models, govern the platform, and deliver trusted dashboards for cross-organization decisions.

You will balance data modeling, BI governance, and report development, enabling self-service BI with strong controls, performance, and data integrity across teams in Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field; Microsoft Power BI and Azure certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Power BI development and BI projects.
• Strong expertise in Power BI semantic modeling (Tabular models) and data visualization best practices.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable semantic models (datasets, data marts) in Power BI.
• Define and enforce Power BI governance, workspace architecture, and content lifecycle management.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports aligned with business needs with a focus on UX and storytelling.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality upstream data and mentor analysts.
