Publicis Re:Sources recherche un développeur Power BI pour rejoindre une nouvelle équipe dédiée à l'amélioration des rapports financiers. Le candidat sera chargé de collaborer avec des parties prenantes, de comprendre leurs besoins et de développer des solutions de reporting efficaces.

As part of the Power BI reorganisation, we are bringing capabilities back in-house and building a new team dedicated to developing dashboards and reports for Finance teams. The role will contribute to improving and maintaining Power BI reporting for Finance stakeholders across the Group.

Responsabilités

• Finance business partnering & stakeholder interaction
• Work directly with Finance stakeholders, Global Functional Leads and GPOs to understand reporting needs, clarify priorities and translate business questions into actionable reporting solutions.
• Challenge business requirements when needed to ensure reports are useful, scalable and aligned with Finance processes.
• Understand Finance data, KPIs and processes, including P&L, costs, headcount, revenue, accounting basics and operational performance indicators.
• Act as a bridge between Finance users and IT/data teams to clarify source data, definitions, ownership and reporting logic.
• Support end users by answering report-related questions, investigating issues and proposing pragmatic improvements.
• Contribute to a more structured reporting factory model by promoting reusable reports, shared definitions and long‑term product thinking rather than one‑dashboard delivery.
• Document key assumptions, data definitions, report logic and user guidance in a clear and practical way.
• Hands‑on Power BI development – "doer" profile
• Develop, improve and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports end‑to‑end, from data preparation and modelling to visual design and publication.
• Build robust semantic models, datasets and measures using Power BI best practices, including star schema modelling, clear naming conventions and reusable calculations.
• Create and optimise DAX measures to support Finance KPIs, variance analysis, trend analysis and business performance tracking.
• Improve report performance by optimising data models, measures, visuals, refresh logic and dataset size where relevant.
• Maintain existing reports: fix bugs, simplify complex logic, improve usability and remove obsolete content.
• Manage the report lifecycle, including usage monitoring, continuous improvement, version follow‑up and quality checks before release.
• Work with source data from Finance systems such as SAP Finance modules, HFM, Microsoft SQL Server and other ERPs or data platforms.
• Contribute to Power BI development standards, governance rules and reusable templates for Finance reporting.
• Be comfortable working in a Microsoft ecosystem, including Power BI Service and Microsoft Fabric where relevant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Power BI development.
• Strong practical experience in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, data modelling, DAX, report design and performance optimisation.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver concrete outputs, not only coordinate or specify requirements.
• Good understanding of Finance reporting, KPIs and data flows, with the ability to learn quickly and ask the right questions.
• Strong communication skills: able to interact with business stakeholders, explain technical topics simply and translate business needs into working reports.
• Structured mindset, attention to quality and focus on sustainable solutions.
• English fluency required; French is a plus.
