Join us as an IT Officer where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the ITER IT ecosystem and deliver IT solutions to production. Your contribution will empower 15,000 users worldwide working together to achieve the ITER project.

Depending on the scope of activity, your goals may include:

• Designing and developing cutting‑edge AI solutions that can help ITER automate business processes and improve productivity.
• Collaborating with engineers to support ITER construction through impactful AI projects.
• Contributing to the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure: datacenters, central systems, working environment, network, telecommunications / videoconferencing and cybersecurity
• Configuring, customizing or administrating our IT project tools solutions (ITER Collaborative Platform (ICP), CAD/Digital Plant, ERP, Scheduling, Collaboration and Communication, etc.)

Typical Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, deploys and maintains AI solutions suited to project requirements to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and boost overall productivity across the organization.
• Preprocesses and analyses data and train/fine‑tune AI models.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Monitors deployed systems, troubleshoots issues, and implements improvements as needed.
• Coordinates IT projects and executes the implementation from conceptual state to full production.
• Supports the digitalization of end‑to‑end business processes by implementing solutions through configuration or customization on our project tools with innovative ideas and proposals on automation, compatible with the existing or planned IT infrastructure.
• Provides infrastructure service with focus on security, scalability and performance.
• Stays current with advancements in AI and related technologies. Promote and share AI skills within the organization.
