Presentation of the organisation
GIN brings together teams in Grenoble specialising in the study of physiological and pathological processes of the nervous system and the development of innovative techniques to explore and treat them. Located on the Grenoble health campus next to the University Hospital, GIN houses around 250 researchers, teacher‑researchers, clinicians, engineers, technicians and students in a dedicated building. The postdoctoral researcher will join the translational regulation team working on normal and pathological conditions.

Main responsibilities
You will join the translational regulation under normal and pathological conditions team led by Stéphane Belin and composed of two PhD students and a technician. The team works closely with the teams of Homaira Nawabi (GIN) and Sabine Chierici (DCM), who will also participate in the project.
You will be responsible for managing the project under the supervision of Stéphane Belin and carry out experiments related to the project described in the ANR project and adapt the experimental approach according to the results. You will supervise the technical staff and the various students in the laboratory involved in the project (Bachelor's, Master's 1 and 2, PhD students).

Specific features of the position

As the project relies on animal models, those involved in the project may be asked to come in on weekends or outside normal working hours depending on the needs of the animals and the experiments.
