A renowned French research institution in Paris is seeking a candidate to contribute to a project studying the role of macrophages in cardiac fibrosis. The role involves conducting experiments in animal models, managing transgenic mouse lines, and analyzing single-cell transcriptomics data. The ideal candidate should have a PhD, extensive experience in animal experimentation, and good skills in bioinformatics. This position offers the opportunity to work in an international team where English is the working language.
The successful candidate will work on an ANR‑funded project aimed at studying the role of macrophages in cardiac fibrosis using single‑cell and spatial transcriptomics methods.
Emerging Inserm CPJ team within the Paris Centre for Cardiovascular Research‑Inserm U970, team of approximately 5 to 8 people.
