Le Mans Université seeks a postdoctoral fellow to advance plasmonics-enabled catalysis within the PACTE project. The role focuses on understanding plasmon-assisted catalysis mechanisms and monitoring reactions in situ with SERS to observe reagent changes and product formation.

The successful candidate will develop a Raman measurement workflow in microfluidic cells, perform optical characterisation, analyze data, and contribute to publications and conferences while collaborating with project

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a PhD and has expertise in plasmonics, Raman spectroscopy and SERS.
• PhD required; strong background in related experimental techniques is essential.

Responsabilités

• Optical characterisation of plasmonics structures.
• Characterisation of molecules by Raman spectroscopy and SERS.
• In-situ monitoring of catalysis reactions by SERS.
• Data analysis and interpretation of spectroscopic results.
• Dissemination of research results through publications and conferences.
• Participation in consortium meetings and collaborations with project partners.
• Supervision of master students.
