A leading research organization in France is looking for a Researcher in the field of optoelectronic devices. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Physics or Chemistry-Physics and will be responsible for preparing devices based on 2D chiral halide perovskites and analyzing their performance related to spin polarization. Strong knowledge in light polarization and electric current spin polarization is essential. The role involves writing research papers and participating in conferences, contributing to cutting-edge research in spintronic devices. Offer starting date is March 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• PhD in Physics or Chemistry-Physics is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge in physics of optoelectronic devices and light polarization is required.
• Experience with thin film surface analysis and chiroptical methods is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare optoelectronic devices based on 2D chiral halide perovskite materials.
• Analyze spin‑polarized electron transport properties in devices.
• Characterize CISS effect and Spin-LED device performances.
• Promote and disseminate research results through publications and conferences.
