INRIA, the French national research institute, invites applications for a postdoctoral position in the Wimmics team focused on ontology-based knowledge graphs for plants, pests, and their natural enemies. Experience with knowledge graphs in ecology/agriculture

Self-driven with autonomy and initiative.
Remote work capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design a semantic model for data representation (ontology and thesauri).
Build a pipeline to generate a knowledge graph from literature and data sources.
Collect competency questions and implement them in SPARQL.
Develop methods to enhance graphs and capture knowledge changes.
Create an interface for visualization and exploration of the graph.
Present results and justify findings to the team.
Manage project tasks, deliverables, and meetings within the EcoControl team and internships supervision.
