Qualifications

• PhD in psychology, aligned with research in ergonomics or psychology.
• Fluent in French and good command of English.
• Experience or knowledge of the industrial environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor scientific developments in ergonomics and psychology at national and international levels.
• Report on scientific literature related to the subject.
• Conduct experiments and analyze results from multiple methodologies.
• Promote the project through scientific publications in international journals.
• Communicate with various stakeholders involved in the project.
• Coordinate with Michelin to identify future technical-system components.
