An international research institute in Grenoble is seeking a motivated post-doc to join their team for the TechNo-CLS EU Project. The European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF) is looking for a motivated post doc to join BM05, an ESRF beamline hosting experiments using x-ray phase contrast tomography and Bragg diffraction imaging (BDI).
You will play an active role in research related to crystal growth and characterization using BDI, in particular Rocking Curve Imaging, for the investigation of defects in crystals with a spatial and angular resolution in the µm and µradian range, respectively. You will contribute to in-house research on diamond crystals designed to be used in several fields, including X-ray optical devices.
As a post doc at BM05, you will:
Contract of 18 months, renewable for a further 6 to 18-month period.
