Alan is hiring for an Insurance Data & Analytics role spanning Health and Prevoyance. You will shape portfolio metrics, forecast margins, and drive strategic decisions with Strategy and Finance. You will help design reinsurance plans and support country rollouts with cross-functional teams.

We value fluency in English and French, strong SQL capabilities, and deep portfolio analytics. The role is hybrid with in-person collaboration in France and possible remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience in insurance and portfolio monitoring.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Master of portfolio analytics and forecasts at micro level.
• Comfortable with SQL and ideally in R or Python.
• Analytical, structured and fact-based decision maker.
• Willing to drive change in the insurance industry.

• Define and build metrics, tools, and dynamic analytics to monitor our portfolio and forecast our margin.
• Own the quantitative metrics computation for strategic decision making (portfolio repricing) with Strategy and Finance teams.
• Understand margin and claims drivers on gross and ceded business for repricing and offer adjustments (claims analytics).
• Contribute to reinsurance plans and support renewal strategy with Risk team.
• Support entities in new countries to define and build their portfolio monitoring and forecasts.

Your role

On Both Health And Prevoyance Businesses, You Will

• Define and build the metrics, tools, and dynamic analytics to monitor our portfolio and forecast our margin
• Own the quantitative metrics computation to bring added-value to strategic decision makings (portfolio repricing) alongside Strategy and Finance teams
• Understand the margin and claims drivers on both gross and ceded business for repricing and offer guarantee adjustments (claims analytics)
• Contribute to the reinsurance plans and support the renewal strategy in liaison with the Risk team
• Support entities in new countries to define and build their own portfolio monitoring and forecasts

Is it you we’re looking for?

• Have at least 2 years of experience in insurance and portfolio monitoring
• Are fluent in English and French
• Are a master of portfolio analytics and forecasts at the micro level
• Are comfortable with SQL and ideally in R or Python
• Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
• Are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo

For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-D level range.
