Job summary

Disneyland Paris is looking for a Lifeguard to join our hotel teams for a permanent or fixed-term 35-hour contract. You will monitor pools, ensure safety rules, assist guests, and contribute to a high-quality guest experience.

A valid BNSSA and PSE1 certification is required or equivalent, with renewals up to date. English level A2 is acceptable; willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays is expected. Transportation support and other benefits may be offered.

Qualifications

• Certifications required: BNSSA and PSE1 (or BPJEPS AAN) or an equivalent recognised qualification with renewals up to date.
• English level: A2 is acceptable for basic communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide guests at the pool, providing information about facilities and services.
• Monitor the pools and enforce safety rules to ensure guest wellbeing.
• Assist with keeping aquatic areas well maintained through a range of tasks: welcoming guests, cleaning, safety drills, first aid, and guest assistance.
• Work with the team and participate in regular training sessions to maintain preparedness and high service levels.
• Provide attentive and personalised service to help deliver a high-quality guest experience.
