Techso Solutions is seeking a PLM Functional Analyst to support clients in defining, analyzing, and implementing digital PLM solutions across France, Canada, and internationally.

You will advise clients, translate business needs into functional specs, and help drive digital transformation of engineering processes while collaborating with global teams. Hybrid work is offered and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Internship/co-op or strong interest in PLM and Industry 4.0.
• Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes solutions such as 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA or DELMIA.
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling using CATIA or Siemens NX.
• Ability to communicate in French and English with clients in Canada and internationally.
• Willingness to travel internationally for 6 to 24 months.
• Ability to work on projects requiring security or defense clearances.
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

Depending on the projects assigned to you, you will :

• Gather, analyze, and document client functional requirements;
• Write detailed functional specifications;
• Participate in defining and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Support change management initiatives and deliver end-user training;
• Provide functional support during deployment and post-production activities;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle;
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and support engineering activities;
• Help implement PLM solutions that meet our clients' business needs;
• Contribute to large-scale projects within the manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial sectors.

Requirements

You have :

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field;
• An internship, co-op experience, or a strong interest in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Industry 4.0;
• Knowledge of one or more Dassault Systèmes solutions such as 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, or DELMIA;
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling using CATIA or Siemens NX;
• The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients located in Quebec, across Canada, and internationally;
• A willingness to travel internationally for assignments ranging from 6 to 24 months;
• The ability to work on projects that may require security clearance or defense clearance;
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced technological environment.
