Qualifications

• Strong experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience writing code for automation and tooling.
• Some experience as a Full-Stack or Backend software engineer.
• Willing to work in Python/JavaScript.
• Understanding of modern deployment practices and CI/CD.
• Ability to debug complex system issues.
• Humble and open to growth; collaborative and team-oriented.
• Fluent in English (C1 level or above).

Role & Responsibilities

• You’ll tackle high-impact and high-risk projects involving many engineers.
• Design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability.
• Maintain uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs.
• Improve incident management processes and lead post-mortems.
• Build and maintain internal tooling (e.g. API, web interface, internal command line) for other engineers.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to hiring and shaping the candidate experience.
• Contribute to broader hiring efforts and the technical assessment process.

Qualifications & Fit

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS).
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
• Experience writing code for automation and tooling (e.g. API, internal command line).
• Some experience as a Full-Stack or Backend software engineer.
• Willing to work in Python/JavaScript (not strictly required to know both).
• Understand modern deployment practices and CI/CD.
• Ability to debug complex system issues; self-starter and entrepreneurial.
• Humble and open to growth; collaborative and team-oriented.
• Fluent in English (French not required).
