Job summary

Genesis AI in Paris is seeking engineers to design, build, and maintain foundational frameworks for rapid experimentation and production-ready systems. You will collaborate across teams to validate use cases and deliver modular, reusable components, while enforcing best practices and high-quality code.

You will help identify design flaws, improve workflows, and build internal tooling to accelerate AI research, including debugging, evaluation, experiment tracking, and CI automation.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with high-quality coding standards.
• Experience with Python, Go, or Rust.
• Experience designing modular and reusable systems.
• Ability to implement large-scale changes across an organization.
• Experience building internal tooling for AI research workflows (debugging, evaluation, tracking, versioning, CI).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain foundational frameworks and tools for rapid experimentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to validate use cases and create robust, modular solutions.
• Identify and mitigate high-level code design flaws and workflow inefficiencies.
• Advocate for best practices, maintain code quality through reviews and documentation.
