Keoni in Paris is seeking a Business Analyst with 3 to 10 years of experience to join the Platformization program. The analyst will interface between business stakeholders and testing teams, translating needs into clear functional requirements and ensuring the Kelia modules meet user expectations.

You will work in SAFe agile teams, gather requirements, write user stories, support the Product Owner, define tests, and help optimize back-office processes for savings and retirement products.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Kelia software package from Kapia-RGI.
• Knowledge of savings and supplementary retirement products.
• Experience with large-scale Agile (SAFe) environments.
• Solid understanding of technical foundations and related technologies.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements and processes.
• Write and maintain User Stories and business rules.
• Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Define test scenarios, monitor tests, provide functional support.
• Identify business impacts and propose process optimizations.
• Ensure monitoring of delivered features and contribute to product improvement.
• Execute tests.
